The Moulder mod. FPB/M is a machine which allows the automatic moulding and weighing of pasta filata cheeses to be obtained, such as: CACIOCAVALLI WITH SMALL HEAD – SPHERICAL PROVOLE – CYLINDRICAL SALAMI, ETC…
In addition to the possibility to process with a single or double cut, thanks to the presence of an increased moulding section (composed by head and cups), this machine offers the opportunity to produce sizes that range from 500 gr to 9 kg, thus overpassing the FPB standard version limit of 4 kg.
